Sur de Los Andes 2004 Malbec Reserva

Great nose of blueberries, then bright red fruits on the palate.  Medium bodied and juicy--not concentrated, not lean, but balanced with a nice quenching quality.  A little mid-palate earthiness lends complexity to what might otherwise be a very one-dimensional wine.  Drink with grilled gaucomole garden burgers on whole-grain buns.  Good value!
