On Saturday, the ladies at CCA blessed us with a baby shower.  It was a wonderful time of prayer and fellowship, and we received many lovely gifts! 

I was touched as over twenty of us crowded into the living room for a time of prayer.  As I bowed my head, I thanked God for these ladies who have not only welcomed us to CCA, but into their lives.  I was reminded of one of my favorite scriptures: 

"We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the Gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us."  1 Thessalonians 2:8

We have been here only five short months, but God has blessed us with many friends.  I continue to be amazed at how He moves among His people, and how anywhere in the world when you meet another believer, you feel part of the family.
