Christmas Tree
It’s December 25…Two Hundred and Thirty-One Years after the most famous event to ever happen in New Jersey (Washington and his army crosses the Delaware). You probably did not know that. Yes, it’s one of the nation’s oldest holidays and its most celebrated.
In other years, Disney networks (Disney Channel & Toon Disney) seemed to play more hours of Christmas programming. However, this year is much less. “Mickey’s Christmas Carol”, the 1983 classic, is not even playing on television in the United States. ”Mickey’s Christmas Carol” was a masterpiece. If that doesn’t get you to want to see it, it was the last time Clarence Nash, the original voice of Donald Duck, voiced the hot-tempered fowl.
The Disney parks seem very decorated. I don’t live in either Florida or California nor will I visit those places in the next 2 weeks. I’m getting my information from what others are showing in their photographs and from websites like Laughingplace.com
Some advice on what to watch is something I can give you. Turner Broadcasting is presenting their annual “24 hours of A Christmas Story It’s a great film. I recommend that you catch one showing. It is on the former Superstation, TBS. Watch and enjoy!
Anywho, I would like to say to everyone, Merry Christmas to you and all of your families! Have a wonderful holiday!
