Joe Torre's days as a Major League Baseball manager appear to be numbered, or at least in the Big Apple. Although it technically wouldn't be fired, his contract is up, and likely won't be renewed for next season. The likely candidates are, well lets start off with Yankees coaches Ron Guidry,  Larry Bowa, Tony Pena and Don Mattingly. Also don't forget about Yankees TV analyst Joe Girardi, former MLB managers Buck Showalter, Bobby Valentine and Lloyd McClendon. Oh yeah and you can never count Larry Brown out of a job either, oh my bad wrong sport. The person I was thinking of is Billy Martin, he has done it five other times so don't count him out.
