Mr.Ganesh Raghavan, my Country Sales Manager when i was working with Godrej,

This man has got nerves of steel..literally!

He single handedly managed the sales baloon from  48 crore to 83 crore in a span of 2 years and ...latest by the time i quit...they were aiming at 120 crore.

I have attended some negotiation meetings with him for clients like Nicholas piramal and other big players...the way he defends his prices, is something to learn from.

A sales guy , needs to believe in the product and needs to believe that evry single penny he asks in price for the product solved..is well deserved by the company.

He taught me, its easy to sell with discounts...but very difficult to sell with respect!
