Q1. Do you need a work visa?
 A: Please don't say "you need a work visa". I know, things are changing and it's not easy to keep up with the changes. Most recruiters I meet over the telephone are real professionals who do keep up with the changes. A couple of years ago I found it frustrating to talk with some recruiters who erroneously believed the most recent change was the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act and that "you have to be sponsored". People believe what they want to believe... how do you convince them that things have changed since 1986? (27-C7)
