 A: For your information, let me tell you this: Tieing the amount of PD to the number of hours I work is fraught with problems. If you pay PD on an Hourly basis, e.g. use an "infamous PD split", there will be many potential opportunities for misunderstandings. Contractors want to know, "Is my check going to going to be short, if, for example, one of the days of the week is a holiday?" (21-A24)
