Q1. Would you consider "permanent" or direct employment?
 A: For a recruiter, "permanent" is usually better because he/she earns a fee somewhere between $20K and 30K. Sounds good... but what about me? If I say yes, I'm going to be stuck with face-to-face interviews, a slow hiring process, a low rate, zero per diem and zero overtime money. (9/10-A)
