Q1. Your resume, when I download it, looses its format.
 A: Formatting characters are embedded in the text of 'Word' documents. Unless you change the file format -- which is not advisable -- when you copy a 'Word' file, it would be very unusual to loose only the formatting characters. (4-C2)
