| Strip the insulator about 2-3mm from the tip. Note that you need to cut the positive wire shoter than the negative wire. Tin the exposed copper for easier solder later. Be cautious in the soldering iron's temperature, it may damage youe wire's insulator and may cause short circuit. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Tin the crown plug's inner connection with solder. Make sure that just the right amount of solder is placed. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Solder two wires together, the shorter wire should be conjoined with the shorter side of the other wire. Solder the shorter wire in th positive (center connector) of the crown plug. Remember to insert the conjoined wires in the plastic insulator of the crown plug before soldering it to the plug. | ||||||||||||||||||||
