TSA HISTORY
Our history traces back over 12 years ago!!
Established in 1990,
We were actually the first Taiwanese
Student Club in Brisbane. It all began with a few students who wanted to
do something for the benefits of others and in return they would have a
club of people who did other things away from text books and studies, a
group of people from different backgrounds but shared similar interests.
With the help of the university student guild, we were able to make
history!
TSA has been a strictly non-profit
student organisation that aims to assist Taiwanese students in every
aspect of their university lives; and to help students become productive
members of the Australian multicultural society. TSA also strives to
endorse cultural exchange and friendship within the QUT community and
with people from all different backgrounds. This is achieved by
organising many functions and activities throughout the year, some in
conjunction with other clubs and societies. TSA also acts as a large
family group to deal with any difficulties and questions Taiwanese
students may encounter in their time at QUT.
The system is that we make fun and have fun together!! It
has become a tradition that has been passed down through the years. Each
year new members join and old members graduate, but we still live on as
we have support and dedication from members and committees. Hope that
TSA becomes better as we grow stronger in the years to come! ^_^

What
is QUT TSA?
QUT TSA stands for "Queensland University of Technology - Taiwan
Students Association". QUT
TSA is a non-profit students organisation dedicated to helping Taiwanese
students cope with various aspects of university life. We aim to provide
opportunities for our members to develop friendships with other local
and international students. We support our members both academically and
socially in making the transition to tertiary study.
