If you are showing a presentation that can take forever, you can put as much words as you can on the slides. The important thing in using PowerPoint is to give most of the information to your audience to see. You wouldn't want to put a lot of graphics and so little words, becausethe graphics are causing too much distraction from the words. You would always like to finish the information that needed to be in the page first. Then at the last point, put the graphics and all those formating that you can use on your show to make it more attractive, and make it more like putting a finishing touch on it. PowerPoint is a fun program, because it has many fun things you can put on your slide show, to make it look nice. You can change anything, to how it would look like up on the big screen. PowerPoint is like a program where you do the final things, which is presenting it to people. You would need to make it big enough so everyone can see, so people can understand what you are trying to say. At the end, you would view your nice slide show that you did! |
