When you are typing a word and you want to make the cell below you have the same word you type above. Here are the steps to do it.
1. First you type a word you want to copy like the word the animal
2. You want the cell below have the same word, find the lower right corner of the cell
3. Move your mouse to that corner, click and drag down till you are satisafe that, that enought you want to copy

Here is another way of copying the word. Here is how you do it.

1. Type a word
2. Bring your mouse to the word you want to copy
3. Right click and select the word "Copy"
4. To paste what you copy you selct a cell where you want to paste your word
5. Right click on your mouse and select the word "Paste"


Making formulas
To make a formula you type different numbers in different cells. If you want to find the sum, average, if, count, and many more functions. You select a cell which you want the formula to be. Then you would press the equal sign which is call the "edit formula" above the letters ABCDEF... After that you click the name box which will so you the different functions you want to use. You select one function then you type the cell letter and number in the logical_ test and press a cell. If you want to have more than one cell you type comma then another cell like this "H9, F10" until you decide you are done type the cells you need then press ok. Then the formula will give you the answer to what you wanted to sum, average, and more.
