BREAKFAST.SYS halted... CEREAL PORT NOT RESPONDING. This is probably caused by Runtime Error 6D at 417A:32CF: INCOMPETENT USER by the operating system Micro$oft WINDOWS 95/98/ME/2000. This fatal exception error is perfectly normal and expected. One or more of the following solutions should be attempted

• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer. This will most likely stuff up all your settings and screw up your computer. 

• Close your eyes and press escape three times.

• To "shut down" your system, type "WIN."

• Press any key to continue or any other key to quit

• A)bort, R)etry or S)elf-destruct? 

If the problem persists, and it will, USER ERROR: REPLACE USER.
