| Bottems Up To Better Days |
| Another day of work ended, another relationship that I didn't care about forgotten. I've been denying the fact that I can't ignore, lifes going nowhere, nowhere but straight to the liquor store. So I say, "bottems up to better days," one up, one down, starting to see the haze. Wondering if I will ever get out of this repeting roller coaster. nanana, nanana... I drive around the city all night, passing all those fimilar sites lit up by the city lights. Stopping at the same lights I never seem to make, Hiding all those feelings i never seem to fake. And go on to the sun comes over the horizon, Just to go to another day hell. So I say, "bottems up to better days," one up, one down, starting to see the haze. Wondering if I will ever get out of this repeting roller coaster. nanana, nanana... I sware one day I'll change, one day were my parents will be proud of their son. I've been so busy trying to make things better for everyone else around me, That I forgot the most important person, myself. So now as I stumble home, with a new attitude, I take one last shot for old time's sake and say.. "bottems up to better days," one up, one down, starting to see the haze. Wondering if I will ever get out of this repeting roller coaster. nanana, nanana... |
