It was not working for a long time, as I forgot to add the ; after the background color number...all stayed white and I was very confused...
later I got it, but then all my text was black, although I told in the css file what colors there should be...Finally I deleted the font-color: "# FFFFFF" to
just color: "#FFFFFF" and it worked - yeahhhh - I am a winner right now!!!

Now going to the links. I wanted to have it green but when it get active it should have a background color. Also it should be without underline then...this didnt work as I set in font-decoration: none;
This didnt work for me. But when I typed in text-decoration: none; it was o.k, now!!
