| Estonia is a land on the Baltic Sea in northern Europe. Estonia was an independent nation from 1918 until 1940, when the Soviet Union took over the country and became Estonia Soviet Socialist Republic. Estonia would not see independence again until 1991. Today Estonia boasts the most successful economy of the former Soviet region. Tallinn is the capital of Estonia. |
