Killing is ONLY allowed when the person who is playing the character is willing to acknowledge the posts. There will be no, I repeat, no one kill posts ie; *she takes her knife and runs it through his heart, killing him instant* Or something to that effect. I think we all know what I mean. And even if you do mange to kill someone and it is for something other then self defense your character will be dealt with by the proper authorities.

Can a character come back after they have been killed?

No, once a character is dead there shall be no reviving of that character though you are free to create a diffrent character though.

Are modern day concepts recognized and accepted?
