A few words from Instructor Brian Bueler:

I will always remember Stella as being the type of person that would speak her mind. If she believed in you, she would support you to the end. My personal experience was when the Quinte Bay Cloggers was changing leaders. There was great concern among members that the club was going to fail. I indicated that I hadn't been given a chance and that with everyone's help we could make this the best club ever. Stella stated openly and explicitly that she would support me. Her open support (along with others) gave me the confidence to forge ahead to rebuild and renew the Quinte Bay Cloggers. Years later Stella stated to me that she knew she hadn't made a mistake supporting me. Stella was a strong supporter of what she believed in. She definately loved to dance, and especially with the Quinte Bay Cloggers. The members of the show team that could come, honored Stella by coming to her wake as a team, dressed in our outfits. We will all miss her!
