This is my first experience with
Web design. I hope you like it. Spend a moment here and go to the
other side where we can share thoughts and exchange some information.
I am from Cape Verde, living in the USA. Cape Verde is a small Country situated in West coast of Africa; it was
discovered and colonized by the portuguese long time ago; now it is an
independent Republic. There are ten islands in Cape Verde. I was born in an
island named Fogo, more precisely in Cova Figueira an village with more or
less than one thousand people; it is near the foot of a volcano
called Pico, which once in a while let us know that, it is not
dead! The name of the island
FOGO, means fire, seems to be related to this volcano. Legend says
the first time it was discovered it was on fire.

Ha 10 ilhas em Cabo-Verde; nasci numa das ilhas
chamada Fogo mais precisamente em Cova Figueira, uma vila com mais ou menos
1000 habitantes, fica perto do p� do vulc�o chamado Pico que de
vez em quando nos recorda que, n�o est� extinto! O nome da
ilha FOGO, parece
estar relacionado com este vulc�o; diz a legenda que quando a ilha fora
decoberta o mesmo estava irradiando fogo
