| Who the hell am I...well, to start, my name is Pauline. I am a 21 year old living in Chico, California...I am from the San Francisco bay area. I have lived all over this state, but this is where I am for the moment. I am in college right now studying the recording arts. I am going to be a recording engineer. Music is amazing, and I am fasinated with it! Always have been. It is my biggest passion in life. I believe that music is the rythm of life, and the sound of the soul. I was in the rave scene for about 6 years. The Electronic music scene is a huge part of my life and who I am. I spin, not so much anymore, but ever once in a while I get back on the decks. I have been producing house, breaks, and drum and bass tracks for a couple of years now, and I have recently started to get really into producing hip hop beats. I am working with a local group in town also... Religious beliefs... I don't believe in "god". I believe that there is a force that drives all . It is in everything and everyone around us. I believe that people manifest their own life and destiny, and if people would only realize the strangth and wisdom we all hold inside of us, there would be no need for religion... Family...My father is passed on. He was a severe alcoholic. About as bad as they come, and about two years ago it finally caught up with him. He drank himself to death while on a binge. As much as his alcohol problems changed his and my life, he was my sanity throughout my life, and the one person I have truely loved with all of my heart to this day. I will never meet or know a kinder man in my lifetime. My mother and I have not had a stable relationsgip, ever... But about a month after my father died she was diagnosed with terminal cancer . She and I have become a lot closer over the past years, but there is still a lot to work on... When the people who are so close to you in this lifetime get sick, or die...it is an unbelievably hard lesson to live through. But it has givin me a love and respect for how precious life really is... " Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one is watching". |
