Project "Back Garden"

It all started when our back fence started to fall over.  The paving in our little courtyard was also starting to shift - resulting in a big slope from the top of the paving to our house. Storm drainage looked like it could be a problem in future (should this drought ever break!). In addition, the garden had been planted by the previous owner with plants which were now considered noxious weeds by the ACT government. Overall, the back garden was not pretty, and the bones were not too great either.

Here's a photo of our garden as it was on 26 January 2004. It looks much better than it was!

The garden has been designed by Cedric Bryant, and the tough work done by Troy from Contemporary Landscaping. Work commenced on 20 April 2004.
