In KY: 2 Large barns w/ 25 16' x 16' stalls, 1/4 of which are padded for foaling/rehab purposes. The barns are equipped with heat, air conditioning, running water, two tack rooms, a small office, a bathroom, and 4 washstalls.
In NV, 2 Large barns, same ammenities.
1 Quarter mile track, dirt
1 Equine Therapeutic pool (can be heated, have massaging jets, and added liniment oils...or just leave normal for good exercise!)
10 dirt/grass corrals for holding pens, each about an acre
