| Quilt Company East (QCE) is a quilting guild whose purpose is to exchange quilting information and ideas, to foster and perpetrate a love for quilting, to educate others about quilting, and to enjoy the fellowship of other quilters. Our members come from eastern Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We have an average of 60 to 85 members attending our guild meetings. The skill level for our members range from novice to recognized experts, everyone is welcome. The monthly meetings, held the third Monday of each month (with the exception of July and August), include a brief business meeting, annoucements of guild and other quilting activities, Show N' Tell, and a quilting-related program. The guild activities are a great source of inspiration for the membership and guests. Special projects often include Block-of-the-Month, mystery quilts, challenge quilts and special group projects. QCE is a chapter of the National Quilting Association Membership dues are $20.00 annually.
