| The Great Buffy Season 7 Round Robin Project. There's a bit of a history here and I'm not sure I'm getting it all right. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry and feel free to let me know what's inaccurate. From what I can recall, this Round Robin writing group was started by a bunch of fans of the show on the Buffy UPN Posting Board which was known as "The Bronze" Sadly, that Bronze is no longer in exsistence (*snif*), but the friendships remain and many of us still post together at The Barge. Ronia has moderated the Round Robin group and initiated this particular writing project What's also notable is that this is script style piece and its length is about as long as a regular episode of BTVS. It takes place in Season 7--before The First, Andrew, the SITs and all that other hootenanny. The focus of the story is Anya, but all your favorite scoobs are integral to the story. Writing on this project commenced on 10/27/02 and was completed about a year later. The early chapters are a true RR and you will find different writers for each part colorfully notated! But life gets in the way, and things sometimes fall by the wayside. With the permission of the group, I "grabbed" the story and finished it up (hopefully to their liking), so you will see that the later chapters were written by me. This is a project; it is rough. I didn't really beta it or make any changes. That is the charm of the project I believe, and each individual writing style. If something is glaringly wrong or mispelled and I haven't caught it, please let me know. Just enjoy it ... and don't forget to leave feedback! ~~Mazzy |
