Blaster
This is a generic gun relic. It could be a musket, a pistol or even a plasma rifle - the statistics are based on the effects while the prop shows the actual details of its construction. It should be noted here that realistic looking guns should be avoided as they risk the involvement of the police and their Armed Response Unit if a passer by misinterprets events. This can mean toy guns with lots of flashing lights and chrome or a bright orange but otherwise accurate musket.

A gun that does "Double" (2 points) of damage, has an ammo capacity of 2 and two minor bugs
(eg. "Cannot fire while moving" and "Needs five second warm up time before each shot").
NB: A Knights Machina or Dwarf character could start with or build a similar device without the "Relic" option. The result would have a price of 20 points and no bugs. That would mean a character creation cost of 10 character points. With a minor bug (eg. "Cannot fire while moving") it would have a price of 15 points so the same starting character could take it for 8 character points. The PC would, however, need to spend more character points to purchase necessary associated skills (ie. Mechanology).
Tech Mega Sword of Death
Created as an exercise to find the most "munchkin" exploitation of this system.

Result
This sword can do SEVEN points of damage twice a week and it has a major bug or two minor bugs (eg.
[Major] "It will explode, causing the user 14 points of damage, if it strikes metal" or the same minor
bugs as the blaster). If not activated it will do "Single" damage as a normal sword but the bug(s) still applies. A starting character could have this sword (35 points), the ability to activate it (10 points) and the ability
to wield a sword (5 points) - this would make him rather limited, however, and vulnerable to massed goblin attacks.
Power Blade
A cheap Tech weapon for all Tech Knights.

Result
A basic sword that can do through (armour piercing) damage. It runs on fuel, which must be physically represented in
some way (eg. an attached fuel tank) but has a capacity for two units of fuel at a time. This weapon can only be purchased or created by a character with some level of "Mechanology" (technically it can be purchased at character creation by a character
with Bio-Artifice, acquiring it through connections in the Ordo Machina, for example, instead of building it personally).
It can also be purchased at character creation by a Dwarf character. The skills "Tech" and "Single Handed Weapon Use"
are necessary to operate this sword, of course, but it is cheap.
