Subject: Demeter Campaign - Unknown GELFtype
Sir,
We have met unexpected resistance Coalition forces in the Uruk jungles
of Southern Demeter. Several attacks have been made on my men by GELF
soldiers of an unknown type wearing Coalition uniforms. It seems likely now
that the Coalition has broken the Colombo Accords on Bio-Engineering.
The samples we have captured are larger than a normal man and have much
more muscle mass. They lack intellect even compared to other
GELFs but appear to have an instinctive grasp of martial prowess.
Many features of a modern soldier appear to have been built in at a rather
comprehensive level, even camoflage patterns in their skin. I will be
sending as many samples as possible through to Camelot Station on the
next Theta Sector transport."

The fierce and (often) honourable Orcs have green, though often mottled, skin like their
diminutive cousins the Goblins. Despite their common reputation as "monsters", they are not actually all that bad and customarily follow a strict warrior code. In almost all cities you will find a small Orc community at the least, as they have learned to live side-by-side with the other races, but most Orcs can be found in nomadic tribes wandering the land
at will. They are very proud and militaristic race which can be the cause of much antagonism with other nations, particularly those that think they own the land the Orcs are camped on, as well as rival tribes. As Orcs tend to value martial prowess above all else, combined with their general lack of intellectual talent, it is a rare Orc who ever manages to master complicated skills. Those that do tend to be more tolerated for the benefits they give than respected.
