Shattered Reality
Tech Device
Holography

The projecting of holograms - possible the most innocuous device type as more magically aware people will simply assume the use of illusions. Essentially that is what this is - Tech Illusions. The hologram can include visual, audio and/or olfactory components but not touch (taste is unlikely). Obviously, the 'Structural/Innate' Power Source is not compatible with any device created from this category as they are all projected through some means. It is not likely bu if range information needed - count it as 'range of voice' for practical reasons, like a ranged weapon.

Base: Inoperative self(operator)-targetting device with only one pre-programmed setting
Base Cost: 0 points

Modifier Cost Mech Tech Level Bio Tech Level
Complexity: Minor Change 5 1 1
The hologram can make a minor/superficial change from reality for duration of effect
(eg. A person could be made to look like some other person, flags and heraldry could be modified, buildings can appear to be made of a different material)
Not Compatible with other 'Complexity' options
Base Duration = 10 seconds
Complexity: Moderate Change 10 2 2
The hologram can make a general/average change from reality for duration of effect
(eg. A person could be made to look like an ogre, buildings can look like similarly sized trees or have quite different architecture)
Not Compatible with other 'Complexity' options
Base Duration = 10 seconds
Complexity: Major Change 20 3 3
The hologram can make a major change from reality for duration of effect
(eg. A person could be made to look like a dragon, buildings can look like a bush, small animal or anything in fact)
Not Compatible with other 'Complexity' options
Base Duration = 10 seconds
Invisibility 20 3 3
The target disappears for duration of effect - technically a form of 'Major Change' and so not really compatible with any 'Complexity' options
Base Duration = 10 seconds
Target Other 5 1 1
The target does not have to be the operator
Free Standing 10 1 1
The hologram can appear in any location and not 'lock on' to a specific target
Multiple Settings Additional Settings x 5 1 1
More than one setting can be programmed into the hologram device. Any of the existing settings can be chosen on activation.
Field Programmable 20 1 1
The hologram can be constructed as necessary on activation
