As of 2005, my car's engine has been rebuilt. Block bored .30 over, new pistons,rings, reconditioned crank and rods, heads gots 3 angle valve job, new valves, stiffer springs, hotter cam (It's good to over 6 grand!) and new headers and exhaust Switched from 700-R4 to T-5 transmission w/ Hurst short throw shifter, Centerforce Stage 2 flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. It's a pretty fun car.
