another Quiet One

The  house  was  dark  and  silent  out   late  one  Friday  night
~
Tiptoed  in  and  shut the door  thank god the dog stayed quiet
~
I crept the stairs with shoes in hand, a key dropped with a ring
~
I   saw   my  wife  a  flight  above,  doing  the  same  dam  thing		  
   
 
   
   
    I enjoy writing jokes
with a poetic rhyme and meter
