In defense of The Smashing Pumpkins (and myself) This is a list of Smashing Pumpkins songs (about 90)  that do not depress me.  This is in response to the last entry of the second page of my guestbook, sorry Mint but you had to know I'd defend them to the death.

I know I�m leaving some out, but I�m copying this from a letter I wrote late last night so give me a break.  SP are not a depressing band, they are dramatic yes, depressing no.  Their music is happy, sad, loving, uplifting, aggressive, mournful, playful, nostalgic, creative, abrasive, angry, poetic, respectful, explosive, delicate and perfect perfect perfect.  I cannot express what draws me to them better than that.
