| Welcome to my English Education Website! My name is Quiana McCoy and I am currently an undergraduate student at Stony Brook University and a participant in the English Teacher Education Program.This website is actually an online portfolio for my EGL 440 class. | In addition to attending school full-time, I also work as an assistant teacher at a community center that caters mostly to children with ADHD. I have been working there for two years and the experience has only helped my decision in wanting to become a teacher. I also work as an independent volunteer tutor for inner-city students and some adults. My hobbies include reading, writing poetry, dancing and singing. |
