How to Encrypt a
File?
1).Open the File: Select 'File'--->'Open'
from the menu or press Ctrl+O to display open file dialog and select the file to
be opened, finally click 'Open' to open the file.
2).Encrypt: Select 'Control'--->'Encrypt'
menu to encrypt a file that is opened in active document or press Ctrl+E.
Specify the file location and name in the file dialog where encrypted file will
be saved .After this a input box is displayed which specifies the user to enter
the key, type any string without any space and click OK.
3).A message box is displayed to inform the completion of encryption process the
destination file will be opened in a new document window and all the windows are
tiled vertically.

Note:
A set of files can be grouped to form winzip file '.zip' which can
encrypted/decrypted.
