Commander Moe stages this army at the Imperial Docking Port of Bakka, a system close to Nehekara which is the centre of all imperial space traffic in Sector four, as well as the site of a large shipyard.
meanwhile, on Earth, Micron dissolves the council of twelve and assumes full control of the imperium with the Emperor's Daughter at his side - pledging to prove himself by personally Killing Commander Moe and crushing the imminent rebellion (cue 'the Empire Strikes Back') - to achieve this goal, he prays to his Lord, the Chaos God, Khorne, whom he asks for a weapon powerful enough to destroy Moe's invincible Command ship, the Great Moe.
it is at this time that reports begin flooding into Nehekara that many Imperial worlds are under attack by Chaos forces, it becomes clear that Micron is using the Emperor's Daughter's massive psychic reserves to open Warp Portals all over the Imperium - it is Armageddon
Khorne rewards Micron for his dedication by giving him 'Starkiller' a starship so powerful, it should be easily able to challenge and Defeat the Great Moe. armed with this ultimate weapon, Micron takes a huge Chaos Fleet and prepares to Storm Nehekara - now the final struggle will begin!
the Great Moe fleet arrives at Nehekara to refuel and restock at the massive Skygate spacestation, and join with the rest of the fleet for the final Warp jump to Earth. - Micron's fleet catches them in the flank and begins tearing into the Space Marine ships.
Commander Moe succeeds in turning the tide of the battle using the superior maneuverability and firepower of the Great Moe and the heavy Armour and vast arrays of Guns on the Battle barges, ultimately, the Great Moe and the Starkiller come head to head.
Both ships have massive amounts of firepower and are shielded - after several shots are fired between them, Nehekara command pings the starkiller and discovers it's shield frequency, by firing at exactly the same frequency, Moe is able to defeat the Starkiller's shields and force the Chaos Fleet to flee.
the Great Moe and Space Marine fleets follow Micron to Earth - here they find, blocking their path, nothing short of the combined might of all of Battlefleet Gothic.
Micron's Chaos fleet prepares to attack, but as it does, Moe reveals his secret weapon - the black widow cannon - a new EMP based weapon, capable of completely shutting Down an Imperial Capital ship for over an hour.
As Great Moe begins systematically disabling Battlefleet Gothic (thus avoiding further loss of Imperial lives) the Space Marines attack Micron's fleet - in the end, the Great Moe and Starkiller face each other once more, this time, both are seriously depleted and inflict heavy damage on Each other. as Starkiller's engine becomes unstable, two people teleport from it, to the Great Moe - as Starkiller drops into the warp, to avoid destruction, it's parting shot disables the Great Moe's engine room and renders the ship incapable of movement.
The ship begins to fall toward the Atmosphere. Moe scans the Engine room and realises that Micron and the Emperor's Daughter are on board and have planted a Bomb on the Ship's Main Reactor.
Moe orders the other three Space Marines to Evacuate and take word of the Chaos Invasion to the deposed High Lords.
as the Great Moe begins to enter the Ionosphere, Moe heads for the Engine room, where he finds the Emperor's Daughter. she seems to be free of Micron's influence, but before Moe can speak with her, the Chaos Lord charges out of the shadows and begins the final duel with Commander Moe
The great Moe is falling towards Middlesbrough and the Bomb has reached critical mass.
As Moe seals Micron's doom with a sword blow to the chest, he and the Emperor's Daughter parachute to safety as a massive detonation heralds the apparant destruction of the Great Moe
Moe and the Emperor's Daughter land outside Middlesbrough, and here it is revealed that she is no longer under Micron's influence, but Micron survived and descends behind them. Stabbing the Emperor's Daughter in tha back, he and Moe begin a fistfight, no Ships, guns or Powerswords, just one on one unarmed Combat.
however, the fight is cut short when a huge Warp portal opens directly over the Imperial Palace - Micron sees his chance to escape and runs away. Boarding a landspeeder, he begins to fly towards the portal, but this time Moe is too quick and he throws a Vortex Grenade into the speeder with Micron.
with a scream of energy, the Grenade detonates, sucking Micron into the realm of Chaos and destroying him completely, separating every particle from every other particle.
A blinding flash of light, and some Nameless horror begins blasting the Imperial Palace with Lightning from within the portal, but a Chorus of Psychers within the Astronomicon Building direct a beam of energy which closes the portal and saves the Palace.
Smudge arrives and tells Moe the High Lords have retaken control of Middlesbrough, the Chaos fleet in Orbit has also withdrawn. the Imperium is Victorious.
The Emperor's Daughter has vanished and Moe returns to Nehekara in the Starchild. the Death of Micron closes all remaining open Portals and ends the invasion before it began.
