We have found a house! We've put in the offer & completed 2 of 3 inspections & everything looks like it is going full speed ahead. The expected closing date is March 3! We have a lot of work to do.
It is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house on Aipo Street - off of Lunalilo Home Road. The house is actually smaller than ours now, but it is on 6,200 square feet of land - with a carport & patio. The yard is nice & flat. Perfect for Celeste to run crazy!
So now we are set to start packing, then painting, then moving! Feel free to offer help in any of these! =) Also let us know if you know of anyone who would like to rent, or preferably buy a beatiful townhome in Hawaii Kai!
