QUEENS SALES POLICY
*By purchasing any rabbits you agree to abide by this sales policy as it is written, without exception. If you purchase something without having read this, we are not liable for that, nor will we be held accountable. This policy is to protect you and us. We have never had any problem selling any of our rabbits and many people have returned to buy more from us because of their previous satisfaction.
1. Once we have been contacted and purchase agreement has been made, we will
not reserve any rabbit(s) for longer than 5 business days without a 50% - nonrefundable
deposit having been *received* by us (that means there is 5 regular business
days to get the deposit in our hands) before the said rabbit(s) is relisted
for sale. (under certain circumstances we may be willing to work around this).
2. Once we have received the buyers 50% non-refundable
deposit, we will only reserve the rabbit(s) for 2wks. At which time, if the
rabbit(s) have not been paid for in full and picked up or other arrangements
have been agreed to, we will relist the said rabbit(s) for sale and at that
time; the buyer automatically forfeits any/all moneys paid towards that purchase
and forfeits all rights to that rabbit(s) at that time. No replacements will
be made and no refunds will be given.
***NOTE: making a deposit does not mean the rabbit(s) then are your property.
A deposit only means that we are holding the rabbit(s) for you. Its not considered
as sold until full payment has been received and you have picked up the rabbit(s).
3. We do not accept personal checks as payment. All payments must be a money order, cashiers check, or cash.
4. We will not/do no ship any of our rabbits. It is the buyers responsibility to follow thru with picking the rabbit(s) up at the specified location at the time/day/place it was originally agreed upon (we also do not allow visitors to come to our rabbitry). If it is necessary for the buyer to arrange transportation to pick up rabbit(s), the buyer is responsible for any/all costs associated with doing so and for making any/all arrangements for the pickup to take place. *If a 3rd party picks up rabbit(s), we are in no way liable for said-rabbit(s) once it leaves our possession. **Time limitations stated above still apply if 3rd party becomes involved in the transaction.
5. We reserve all rights to stop a sale and/or cancel at any time and for any reason. If *we* cancel a sale, this is the ONLY time we will offer a refund for any payments that had been made previously to that cancellation time.
6. We reserve all rights to change prices according to development, age, and breeding abilities.
7. We do not and can not guarantee winnings or placements of rabbit(s) sold as show quality. If we sell it at show quality that only means that -in our own opinion- we feel that rabbit(s) has the ability to be shown and that it has no known disqualifications at the time it leaves our possession.
8. We do not and can not guarantee brood quality rabbit(s) will produce offspring - regardless if it has or has not proven to have live litters for us or not. By selling it as brood quality, we only feel that the said rabbit(s) are better suited for breeding purposes and they may or may not have minor (NON-hereditary) disqualifying traits.
9. We will not allow any of our rabbits to be used for breedings by others (no studding out).
10. Once the rabbit(s) leave our possession (as soon as you pick them up) we will not be held responsible for any types of accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damage of any kind ... regardless to situation -- persons, animals, or property.
11. If the buyer does not fully check over the rabbit(s) at the time of pick up and then later finds a fault with that rabbit(s), we are not liable or responsible for replacement or refund of that rabbit(s). If there is something wrong with the rabbit (i.e. white toenail) and we know about it -- we WILL tell you about it upfront. We are not in this for money and we try to be as fair and as honest as humanly possible but sometimes things are just out of our control and we wont be held liable for that.
12. We do not sell our rabbits for meat or meat production.
13. If we sell a rabbit with the agreement that we get a baby back from a breeding or that once the buyer decides to re-sell the rabbit that they offer it back to us first - we do expect those wishes be carried thru with and honored fully.
14. We reserve the right to add to or change this policy as deemed necessary.
15. All sales are final and to be carried out as originally agreed upon and the buyer may not - in any way -change or alter any tattoo's or information on pedigrees given at the time of sale (other than that allowed by the A.R.B.A. guidelines or that rabbits weight if applicable). If the buyer sells, trades, returns to us, or gifts said-rabbit(s) as a pedigreed animal, the original pedigrees given by us must accompany that rabbit(s). If any changes or alterations (other than specified above) are made to the pedigree - or to the tattoo # given- we will file a complaint against the responsible person(s) with the A.R.B.A.
