The extremely necessary page where I give credit where credit is due
I have some of her backgrounds saved to my computer, so I'm saying, "better give her credit now before I forget."  Anyway, Amy does lots of drawings and paintings of faeries, and her website is at www.amybrownart.com; you can click on her banner to go to her site.
I have used one of goldtassel's calling cards in the past, and the flaming heart that's on my fourth year index is from her lockets page.  I do very much love her calling cards, and she's got several lovely backgrounds and things that are good for websites, in case anyone's interested.  Her website's at www.goldtassel.net.
Jonathon, I want to bear your children...
Okay, so I wouldn't, because it'd be illegal and he's married to a gorgeous woman who I swear looks like Claire Danes, but I would give an arm and several legs to be his daughter or something.  His paintings are simply marvelous, and I've got them up on the LItharelen and Lily pages, and they're on my banners.
Anyway, his website's at www.jonathonart.org, and you can click on his banner to go to his site.
Ah yes.  The Doll Palace.  All I can say is that all of my character dolls were made there, and that even though they're terribly preppy, it's a nice site to go to if you're bored, looking for dolls, or anything of that sort.  The Gothic dolls are awesome, though...but their website's at www.thedollpalace.com.  Click on their banner to go to that site.
I was recently browsing the web and found several graphics and backgrounds on these sites:

www.Ardalambion.com (which is also a great site for those of you that want to know about J.R.R. Tolkien's languages)

http://www.elven.com.au/elbereth/
(I borrowed a background from that site)

www.draconian.com (for backgrounds, pictures, and icons; mostly dragons)

http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Cavern/7887/index.html (backgrounds and pictures, again, mostly dragons)

http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Vines/5713/  (This is a Wiccan site that supports lots of wonderful backgrounds, pictures, and graphics.)

If I've left anyone out, email me, and I'll add you to the list!
Joanne Kathleen Rowling.  Duh.  Naturally.  She made this whole story POSSIBLE.  Anyway, she's a wonderful lady and and yeah...and I just want to point out here that I do like her dragon descriptions in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.  I want one of those dragons--well, maybe not a Welsh Green, but the Swedish Short-Snout, the Chinese Fireball, or the Hungarian Horntail...geez.  I'm starting to think like Hagrid...
That, I believe, is all I can think of at the moment.  Actually, I'm thanking Lisa, Shannon, and Celede, because of all the work they've put into making sites with my story and stuff on them--their banners are on the home page.

Plus, I'd like to thank Enya, random as that may sound, because her music is what helps me relax before and/or while I'm writing.  Marvelous lady.  Wonderful singer.  Really, she is...While I'm at it, I'm thanking Aqua, because I was listening to 'Barbie Girl' while writing the proposal scene that several people seemed to like lots...

Oh, yes.  My little disclaimer:  THIS IS A FAN FICTION; THE CHARACTERS YOU RECOGNIZE ARE MOST PROBABLY NOT MINE, AND BOTH YOU AND I KNOW THAT YOU'RE NOT GOING TO REVEAL THAT I'M SECRETLY MAKING MONEY OFF OF THIS STORY!!

There, that's out of the way.  Also, I'm saying this once, and it better be observed, or we'll se what'll happen.  (That line works really well on little kids, by the way)

BUT:

YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO TAKE ANYTHING YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE AND/OR THAT CAME OUT OF MY OWN HEAD FROM THIS STORY, PLOT, CHARACTERS, SETTING, ETC. INCLUDED!!

That's out of the way, too.  I'm not meaning to offend anyone, but I've had a girl try to plagiarize, and then she passed off the original as hers, so I don't want a repeat of that.  Anyway, if you know of anyone else I missed or that I still have to thank, email me at [email protected].  Over and out.

--=Sohara von Salienta=--

By the way, the pseudonym is mine, too.  I made up the last name, so don't try telling me it's a common one.
