Hi Anne,
I wanted to take a moment to send you some photos of Riley. He is officially 8 weeks old today and is doing FANTASTIC! He has transitioned easily from being with his brothers and sisters to becoming part of our family.
We've only had him home over a week and he is already learning SOOOO much! He knows how to sit when commanded and is now working on sitting and shaking as well as fetching and retrieving balls and bones. He's very smart. He's had a few potty accidents in the house but for the most part does his business outside! YEAH!!! He LOVES our cats although only one truly tolerates him. The other cat just brushes him off and goes to hide when he's in one of his "I want to jump and play" modes.
So far Anne he's doing wonderfully and we couldn't be happier with our new addition to the family. Thank you, Jazzie and Chris so much for providing us with such a loving puppy. I've attached a few photos from the car ride home as well as from today. I'll send more as he grows - WHICH IS SOOOO FAST!!! Thanks again,
Rick and Shannon

Hi Anne,
How are you? How are the new pups? I bet they are all enjoying the nice weather and romping in the backyard!
Adam and I have a friend's wedding in Janesville on September 5th. We were wondering if you would be available to babysit both Maggie and Morris for Friday and Saturday night?? If so, we would probably drop them off in the afternoon on Friday and pick them up in the afternoon on Sunday.
Here are some current pictures of the cutest puppies in the world!

Dear Anne
Today River is 15 weeks old and weighs 31 pounds. He such a wonderful puppy. He is well behaved with a great personality. He loves going to puppy training class on Tuesday evenings. He loves to chase leaves, play with his many toys, go for walks and play with our seven year old daughter, Morgana. River likes to go for car rides, go to the pet store, the dog park, and other places he is the center attention any where he goes.
Our 15 year female cat, Velcro is learning to adjust to having a puppy in the house. We have yet to see them playing together.
Anne we couldn't have asked for a much better member to the family. Your excellent devotion, love, time, and care to breeding a golden retriever that truly shows what this breed is all about. Keep up the excellent work.
Here are some photos.
Love,
Cassandra, Lewis and Morgana

Anne,
Here are some pictures of Chloe taken today at 13 weeks. I think she looks kind of like her dad in the first picture. As you can see she has just about doubled in size since we brought her home. She's a very fun and sweet little puppy. She's very smart and has definite likes and dislikes (Sticks and dirty socks are favorites.). She started puppy class last week and got to see her brother! It's one of Jodie's pups named River. They were happy to see each other and wrestled during free play time.
Thanks for starting the training. She just keeps learning new things.
I'll keep you updated.
Sally

Hi Anne,
He is doing really well.We have named him Sam...sammie. We are so impressed with his potty training...and thrilled. He whines to tell us when he has to go and always seems to want to behave. He is awesome with Emma. Always trying to be so gentle. If only she would play with him, would he then feel complete,(I think). We have taken him on a couple car rides and are hoping with warmer weather we can began our walks and bike rides. He loves our cats and one of them loves his kisses. I must tell you...we had an appt. right here in town to buy golden retriever puppies. Where we would have paid $200 less and had no car time. Your love for the dogs and devotion to their well being is what made up our minds to drive over an hour and pay more money for less heartache and stress in the future. Thanks. It is so nice to see a TRUE breeder. Taking the time to not only register, care and train the dogs. But care enough about there future to prepare them for it, the right way. Sam is our 2nd baby...and because of your care he is happier and best of all... so are we. I have not seen my husband so happy since before our dane passed way. Sam seems to be really taken with him as well....following him with toy in mouth ready for action at any moment. :)lol
I have enclosed some pictures. I am hoping I will get a lot more over the next few weeks. My husband and I were worried he was lonely the first couple days. He mentioned if you would take $150 for any remaining puppy we would be out there asap. :) haha
Please let me know if you get the pictures ok. Thanks again Anne.
Sincerly Jaime

Hello.
I just wanted to let you know that Casey has settled in really well here and had no troubles even right from day one. I thought for the first few days or nights he would cry and be homesick but he never did. I kept him so busy and gave him so much attention that I don't think he had time to even think about it. My Mom joked to me that if I didn't start putting him down and letting him walk on his own that he would forget that he had legs. I'm happy to say that his legs still work perfectly fine and are quite active.
He is doing very well on potty training and now asks for the door and we have hardly had any accidents at all. Casey learns things very quickly and is extremely bright. You taught him how to sit very nicely and from that I taught him to sit pretty. He walks on a leash quite well now and we have gone for several walks out here. I like to take him out in the huge fields away from any roads and after he's been walking well on his leash for a while I take it off and we have fun walking together that way. He still stays by me and if I stop he comes right by me and sits at my side. The other day he started fetching so we will be working on that now.
Casey is already more than I ever even expected for him to be especially at his age. I was already in love with him but his intelligence, sweet temperament, and his gentle soul are so amazing to me that not a day will ever go by when I don't feel blessed to have him in my life. He means more to me than you will ever know.
Keep up your good pack! My Mom may still get a puppy from you someday because she is in love with Casey too and liked how well you took care of your dogs and puppies as well as how well behaved your dogs were. I will send you an e-mail every now and again to let you know how things are going. Thank you again for everything.
Take Care, Michelle

A few pictures from the day we came home. You can see that Buddy took a liking to Rosie right away.
All is going well, she has adjusted well and is just a joy.

Just wanted to give you a quick update on Daisy. She is doing well - she and Amalia get along great. Only a few accidents in the house, but mostly because she is scared of the cats and they will occasionally back her into a corner. Thanks again for all the training you did with her - it is nice to have a puppy that knows sit and off already. Now we are working on getting her to walk nicely on a leash and to bark or whine when she needs to go outside.

Good evening.
I thought maybe you would like to see several pictures of Fletcher after the one month we have had him. We sure are enjoying him. Especially the last week, he has become more playful and out-going looking forward to walks of which we do about 2 miles a day. I took him to the vet yesterday for another shot. He has gained 11 in the month. Now weighs 32 lbs. I have also included a front view of our house. My office and where Fletcher sleeps is just to the left of the garage doors. This room has a patio door opening to our back yard. I can easily let him in and out from my desk.
Thanks for the nice dog. We have had many compliments on his looks and how well he is behaving for a pup.

Here are some pictures of our baby. We named her Heide because she likes to go under and on things. At her last vet check-up, she was 15 1/2 lbs. She has her sister beat by about 2 lbs.
She is potty trained and has been for a couple of weeks now. She sleeps the night, can give paw and picked up on sit the second day. She is a real joy. She loves the snow and gets along well with the other dogs in the family. As for the cats, she would like to play, but they are just tolerating her for now. Again hope you like to see how much she has grown and will keep in touch.

Jazzy's puppy born 12-1-2008
All are good - getting bigger everyday. We brought Gabby home 3 weeks ago weighing 12 pounds. She weighed in at 20 lbs at her checkup on Saturday. Phoebe is growing, too, although not quite as exponentially.
Doreen
Last week, Gabby weighed in at 24.8 lbs. This week at puppy class she weighed in at 28 lbs. She just keeps getting taller and longer! She's now 14 weeks old.

Hi Anne!
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thought you might enjoy the latest picture of Tanner. He's quite the character. 78 pounds at just short of 10 months. Loves to go for rides in the car and long, long walks. Learning more everyday. We're afraid someday he may be smarter than us! Take care.

Here's a few pictures of Lacey, the light colored one, and my other golden Tina.
Lacey just weighed in at 53 lbs. She is getting tall!! but, still is such a well behaved little girl! Knock on wood, she really hasn't chewed up anything, yet. And I let her roam the house when I am gone. As a matter of fact, I have never caged her. She just plays with all the cats and stuffed animals.
I am so glad that I got her.She really adds quite a bit to the family!

Hi Anne,
Jeanne and I just wanted to say that Maggie (Tink) is doing very well with us. We love her very much. Right now we are babysitting my mom's golden and Maggie has opened up even more and seems very happy with the company. We bring her to the dog park a few times a week. It is around a mile away and supposedly one of the top 5 in the nation. She just loves it there.
With the extra space at our new place in Minnesota and the dog park so nearby, we have started thinking about getting another dog. We have looked at different rescue dogs, as it is always nice to give them a good home, but we just keep thinking about your dogs. Other than the unfortunate heart issue with Syri, your dogs have been wonderful and exactly what we want.
We were wondering if there are any puppies available at the moment or if any litters will be arriving soon. We checked on the website, but were unable to see any pictures of individual puppies that might be available.
Here are some pictures of Maggie.

Hi Anne
Just wanted to give you an update on Moxie...She is having her first vet visit tomorrow afternoon, I will let you know how it all turns out. She is such an interesting bird! Definitely letting her true personality show now that she is settled. She is sassy...love to talk back and sure to have the last word! The boys LOVE her and so do we. What a special addition to our family. We played out in the snow yesterday but today she has had much more fun out there, she loves to jump into the snow drifts and bury herself
Thank you for a most precious (and sassy) Pup.
Rrrruuuffff!

Just wanted to say Merry Christmas! And, Thank you again for Lacey.
Tomorrow it will be a year since we picked her up. She has turned out to be a great little kid. This is a picture of her and her big "sister" asleep on the couch. She's the one asleep sitting up! Also a picture of her at her first birthday. I think she looks a little like her dad.
Any how have a happy holidays, Dean
