Legacy is our newest goat, we just got her in March 2006. Although we purchased Legacy without papers, she is our first purebred Nubian. I've stated many times that we have goats for milk, and that papers mean nothing to me...and that still holds true. However, when you know the breeding behind your goats, you know you have a better chance of having a good milker.
Legacy is a yearling doe, bred to Goldthwaite Knight of SIlver. I am looking forward to kids from her, and to see how she produces in the milking parlor!
Legacy is a sweetheart and very reserved and un-demanding. She loves to cuddle and seems to adore any attention she gets. She's only been here a couple of weeks, but I immediately fell in love with her! She's nearly solid black, with a white spot on her crown and an off-centered dot on her nose. Her ears have a bit of 'frosting' around the edges, much like they are trimmed with lace.
