Bread or Rolls

2 packages Yeast
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups warm Water
6 Tablespoons Sugar
6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6-7 cups Flour


Mix yeast with warm water until dissolved.  Add salt, sugar, and oil.  Add flour, one cup at time, mixing thoroughly.  Place dough on a lightly floured board and knead for about 7-8 minutes.  Place dough in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth.  Allow dough to rise until just about doubled. 
Punch down dough and move to lightly floured board and divide into 2 halves.  Shape each half into loaf or shape into rolls and place in greased pan.  Cover with damp towel and allow dough to rise until almost doubled.

Bake in 350 F oven for about 18 minutes.

Remove from pans and generously brush with butter.  Place on wire rack to cool.
