Laura's Micky tale
I went to my first Micky concert on Oct.21 2000 at Gina's on the Water at Altamote
FL.
The show was fantastic, and Micky sang all his songs Beautifully.
After the show, I went to the meet and greet since I had VIP passes.
I first saw him outside, my mom told me do go over so she can take a picture of
him with me.
I did, boy was I dumfounded.
I told him I was sorry for being shaky.
All he said was "It's okay, darlin'."
MY heart beat fast.
Later that evening at the party, he saw me again.
He autographed my Monkees fave eppie tape box, a T-shirt, and a Monkee pic.
After that, I hugged him.
He hugged me back [yeah, baby.]
As Micky was getting on the elevator to leave, he spotted me for a third time, and
winked at me [twice.]
