Can reverse notes and melodies into deflected sound. makes music from anything, can shoot laser notes from hands, can make sound into music for anything (protective barrier,etc.) And can become translusent so he can move through most matter. |
| Notes: I'm not too sure what his powers are. I gave Phan tone different abilities never shown in the show. What powers that have been shown in the show.., doesn't have anything to do with music but he is called Phan TONE- and he has a music note on his chest so i gave him music abilities. He seems cool now. |
