Personality: N�bil has always been the responsible type. As a candidate and weyrling, he would follow orders to the letter, always making sure he�d done things correctly. Still, he does know how to laugh at good jokes, and can be a fun person to be around, especially if Xilana is with him.

History: Working with Runnerbeasts, Vilya had to be a very responsible person. She passed that trait on to her son, Nebillon, who learned to take important things seriously. The young boy always paid attention to the Harper teachers as he grew up. After being searched, he had to stand twice to find his life-mate, Zakith. Staying on the track set by his mother, N�bil made sure to always fulfill his duties.
While a candidate, he befriended Xilana, who seemed to show up wherever he went. When the girl was left standing, N�bil felt very sad, as he�d always seen her as a bright and cherry person. Convincing her that everything would turn out all right, N�bil won Xilana�s life-long friendship.
Though not really thinking Zakith had much of a chance, N�bil�s flamewher caught Shrath at her first matting flight, bringing N�bil even closer to Xilana.
