`Twas hatching day at Quasar Weyr
Every known rider and ranger would be there
Chorbath was the clutch's bright silver dam,
While Kilinoth was the swift brown sire.
These children's young hearts were filled with new hope
As their new beasts fulfilled their desire!
The brilliance of the awesome sight they saw,
The new flamewherRangers, could only look on in awe!
The hatching stands where filled with the candidates' family,
All of which had come for the impressions to see.
Lord Holder, Dolphineer, and, Craft Master
All sat and watched as the eggs cracked faster and faster!
And our bright young lady Sahra, found her path,
As right up and into her heart came Tanlatath!
There is one more thing this Weyrsinger must say,
One thing I wish you all in your minds to capture,
My friends, we've just opened up a new chapter!
