This certifies_____________________________has engaged one service to AQHA,NFQHA,APHA Stallion: Joey Deluxe Too AQHA #3790237 For mare___________________________reg.# _______ for breeding season 2002, stud fee $350. |

Quarter HorsesKH will transport stallion to Iowa State University, College OF Veterinarian of Medicine, Lab for collection of semen,mare use, handling horse,testing,shipping container,and Fed- x shipping. This will ensure mare owner is receiving top quality semen for shipping. Fee $325. |
|
|
|
1. Breeding fee $350, and above fee of $325. Must be paid before collection of semen. |
|
2. It is agreed that a live foal guarantee is for this mating. Should foal not stand up suck we will give return privilege, the following breeding season. Only if we are notified one week from foals death. This notice must be accompanied by a statement from a licensed veterinarian. Plus $150. booking fee. |
|
3. It is further agreed that should the above stallion die, or become unfit for service, or if mare dies, or becomes unfit to breed, then this contract shall become null and void. |
|
4. Booking fee $150. and collection fee is non refundable. |
|
5.Collection of semen will not accur until breeding fee and collection fees are received by Quarter HorsesKH. |
|
6. When Quarter HorsesKH signs and returns a copy of this contract to mare owner, it will be a binding contract on both parties, subject to above terms and conditions. |
|
7. A breeders certificate will be issued when Quarter HorsesKH is notified that the foal has been delivered. |
