This Certifies/ Mares Owner___________________________Mares Name&
Number__________________________________is entitled to one service to
AQHA,NFQHA,APHA: Joey Deluxe Too #3790237 for 2004 season, $350. Stud fee for
live foal. Booking Fee $150.

This service is subject to the following terms.

1. Booking Fee,$150, to be submitted at time of signing and returning contract.

balance to be payed at time of picking up mare or before. $200. Booking fee non-
refundable.

2. Mares needs to be in good health,sound breeding condition. Having Veterinarians
Certificate stating the above conditions.

3.Quarter HorsesKH, Will not be responsible for accident/death/sickness of mare/foal, or
our stallion.Up most care will be given to prevent any of above from happening.

Mares that are not halter broke will not be accepted.

4. If mare does not settle, Quarter HorsesKH will not be held responsible. We will not
guarantee a live faol for any mare leaving Quarter HorsesKH before being checked safe in
foal by our veterinarian.

5. Should the foal not stand up and suck we will give you a return service privilege,the
following breeding season. This guarantee will apply only if we are notified one week from
foals death. The notice must be accompained by a statement from a licensed veterinarian.

6.Quarter HorsesKH will guarantee satisfaction with the foal, Or will refund breeding fee, in
exchange for foal; being deliver her, at weaning age in heathly condition.

7.It is further agreed that should the above stallion die, or become unfit for service, or if
mare dies, or becomes unfit to breed, then this contract shall become null and void.

8. All expenses must be paid before or when the mare is picked up.

9. When Quarter HorsesKH signs and returns a copy of this contract back to mare owner,it
will be a binding contract on both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.

10. A breeders certificate will be issued when Quarter HorsesKH is notified that foal has
been delivered.

11. Mare Care $5.00 per day/ Wet mare care $7.00 a day.
