WIENER DOG

Inflate the balloon leaving a 6" uninflated end. Form a 2 1/2" bubble for the head and two 2 1/2" bubbles for the ears. lock twist the ears behind the head. form a 2" bubble for the neck and go to next step.

Form two 2 1/2" bubbles for the front legs and lock twist at body. Give the body about an 8" bubble

Form two 2 1/2" bubbles for the rear legs and lock twist at the body then use what is left for the tail.
