What's a light sequencer?

A light sequencer is a interface used for turning lights on and off and go certain intensities, change the color, and even move things around; usually sychronized to music.

The timing must be very precise, usually 0.10 to 0.05 milliseconds!!

How do you connect the lights?

Basically you use a thingy called a light controller, these can vary in abilities and price.

You connect one cable to a computer and the other 2-16 to your lights.

Here's a basic image of one:

What about the sound?

Well, you can use an FM (or AM) transmitter to broadcast to the listener's car, or you can buy CRAZY EXPENSIVE speakers to blast the audio everywhere (not reccomended.)

Here's some photos:

But, what if ur broke?

Don't worry, I am too, just download a new (or old) version of the sequencer, and follow a YouTube tutorial (it's free)

You can also just pile up a whole lot of credit card debt too ig.

Now, there are different types of light shows

Pixels: A very high quality LED that can be (usually) individually controlled in one motion effect channel

RGB: These are just basic LED lights that (usually) cannot be controlled individually in one channel

Basic: The basic everyday lights that you normally use for Christmas or Halloween

Now you are wondering, what is a channel?

A channel is a singular row that applies to a specific strand(s) of lights connected to a single plug
