This quilt was made from blocks that I won from the draw at Prairie Hearts Quilt Picnic July 2006 at Sukanen Museum in the pattern called Dandy Block. Members made up a block in blue and white if they were coming to the picnic and sign their name to the block. Finished January 23, 2007. |

Elaine Dutcchak of Moose Jaw brought this lovely quilt top to me to quilt. It was hand pieced in 1924 or 1926 by Marietta (Doolittle) Huff of Elzweck, SK. I quilted it in an overall pattern called Dairies Galore in March 2008. |

Gloria Omath, whose mother-in-law had the top unfinished for a number of years, brought this quilt to me. She decided to have it quilted. It is a very beautiful antique quilt with flour sacks and material from the early thirties. It turned out beautiful and was bound with a green binding which set it off wonderful. The quilting really show off between the plates and in the center of the plate. There was 12 hours of quilting in this antique quilt. Wonderful keepsake. |
