Lam Qwee brings along 36 years of automotive and industrial experiences. He helped his dad run an automotive garage for 11 years back in his country of Malaysia. He specialised in rebuilding of European, Japanese, and industrial engines. He was about to take over the family business when he decided to immigrate to Canada with his young family.
Since coming to Canada, Lam has acquired 25 years experience in the forklift industry working for dealerships and food warehousing, of which 12 years are with Associated Grocers, 3 years with Versa-Cold, 3 years with Catapillar, 2 years with Wajax, and the last 5 years running his own forklift company. He was sent to the Raymond factory in New York state for training on the 537's Wire Guided Turret Trucks for 2 successive years.
